According to the Negotiable Instruments Law of the People's Republic of China (2004 Revision)If the amount of bill of exchange is specified in foreign currency, the payment shall be made in CNY according to the market exchange rate quoted on the day of payment.If the parties to a bill of exchange have agreed otherwise on the type of currency to be paid, such agreement shall prevail.
