There are a number of general principles for the ordering of extradition by a state which include:
A、the offender shall be an extraditable person.;
B、the act should be a crime in both the requesting and surrendering state.;
C、the crime committed by the offender should be an extraditable one.;
D、the person surrendered to the requesting state should not be tried for any offence other than the one for which he is extradited.
