What are the right things to do about eye contact during speechmaking?

A、Establish eye contact with the entire audience, not just with those in the front row or only one or two people.
B、Look to the back of the audience as well as the front and from one side of your audience to the other.
C、Establish person-to-person contact with them—not so long that it will makea listener feel uncomfortable but long enough to establish the feeling that you are talking directly to that individual.
D、Look at their shoulders or hair if you are not comfortable looking into their eyes.
