juana moved into the neighborhood over the summer and it was exciting but also confusing. There were lots of new rules to learn. Cars had to be parked on the street facing traffic, loud music had to be turned down before 10pm, and there were no fireworks allowed, except for the fourth of july. Juana didn't like all of the rules, especially about the music, but she knew as a new resident, she should follow them.
